How is Raysync Hub licensed?

Raysync Hub uses a pay-per-online-node model. The annual subscription is $6,000 per year and includes 6 online nodes; additional online nodes are $600 per node per year. You can deploy unlimited nodes and only pay for those actively connected to the Hub server. A perpetual (one-time) license is also available - contact sales for details.

What counts as an "online node"?

An online node is a server instance that is actively connected, authenticated, and reporting heartbeat status to the Raysync Hub server. Nodes that are offline, in standby mode, or unregistered do not count toward your licensed usage, so you can scale up or down without re-purchasing.

What is Raysync's free trial policy?

Raysync offers a 7-day free trial that allows you to evaluate the features and performance before making a purchase.

Is it a one-time charge or recurring payment?

It depends on the product. Raysync Cloud is billed monthly and Raysync SMB annually, while Raysync Enterprise and Raysync Hub offer annual subscriptions, with a one-time perpetual license available for Hub.

What support is available after purchase?

Raysync offers ongoing technical support and regular feature updates within the validity period of the license. Annual subscriptions include full support and software updates for the active period.
